This role requires a strategic thinker who can evaluate new technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Windows environment.

• Design and implement Windows-based solutions that meet business requirements.
• Lead architectural discussions and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the Windows environment.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and services.
• Ensure high availability and performance of Windows applications and servers.
• Implement security best practices for Windows environments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Windows solutions with other systems.

• Minimum 16 years of experience in IT with a focus on Windows architecture and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019 and Active Directory administration.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, security, and infrastructure.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or MCSE: Core Infrastructure are preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
