Project: Factory Automation

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Factory Automation Engineer with expertise in the automobile assembly line and machine logic for a project at Trimasys Client Site. The ideal candidate will have experience in PLC programming, HMI design, and various automation components such as VFD, servo positioning, and third-party communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, commission, and integrate automation systems for automobile assembly lines.
• Design and implement PLC programs and HMI interfaces.
• Integrate third-party systems such as robots, nut runners, vision sensors, cameras, barcode scanners, barcode printers, and servo positioning applications.
• Ensure smooth project development, deployment, and commissioning processes.
• Troubleshoot and maintain automation systems to ensure optimal performance.

Primary Skills :

• 3 -5 years of experience in automobile assembly line automation.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI designing, and VFD applications.
• Hands-on experience with robot integration, nut runner systems, vision sensors, camera integration, barcode systems, and servo positioning applications.
• Secondary Skills : Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of Safety Integrated Systems (desirable but not mandatory).

Qualifications:

• Essential: B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
• Specialization: Siemens automation systems.
• Certifications: Safety Integrated (optional but preferred).
