Position Overview
We seek an experienced Senior Recruiter who is proficiently using Keka, a comprehensive HR management platform, to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in talent acquisition, have a deep understanding of HR processes, and possess strong technical skills, particularly in utilising Keka for efficient recruitment management.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles within the organisation.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using Keka, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Optimise recruitment workflows within Keka to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and drive improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a technology-driven company.
- Proficiency in using Keka or similar HR management software for recruitment and applicant tracking.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
