About the Role
This role requires an experienced Enterprise Architect with a minimum of 15 years managing end-to-end project delivery. You will lead architecture strategy, project recovery, and team management across multiple geographies, ensuring smooth execution and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Architectural Leadership Define and oversee digital solution architectures, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
- Project Recovery & Stabilization Identify and resolve core issues in struggling projects, implementing strategies to restore stability and drive success.
- Technical Expertise Lead decision-making on mobile applications, frontend, backend, and full-stack development, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Team Leadership Manage and mentor distributed teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Client & Stakeholder Management Engage proactively with clients, translating technical challenges into business solutions, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Escalation Management Handle escalations with a structured approach, coordinating quick resolutions and smooth project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement Apply insights from past projects to enhance process efficiency, team performance, and resource optimization.
- 10+ years as an Enterprise Architect, leading large, complex digital projects with a focus on turnaround and stabilization.
- Expertise in mobile applications, frontend, backend, and full-stack development.
- Strong experience in project recoveryleading escalated projects to stability and success.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams across different locations.
- Exceptional client management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, ensuring architecture decisions align with business needs.
- Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Experience in digital transformation and large-scale system integration.
