We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team on a contract staffing basis in Bangalore and Noida. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in the job market context of India.
Responsibilities- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through various sources
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates skills and fit for the role
- Negotiating and finalizing offers with candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers and understanding their recruitment needs
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and preparing reports
- Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies
- 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment and contract staffing
- Strong understanding of the job market context of India
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates skills and fit for the role
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies such as ATS, CRM, and HRMS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
