Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with recruitment vendors to achieve hiring targets by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Manage the onboarding process and ensure smooth execution of joining formalities.

• Maintain and update HR-related MIS for reporting and tracking purposes, including attendance, payroll, confirmations, leaves, and other employee data.
• Generate and share reports such as attendance punch, payroll data for finance, leave reports, and new joiner/resigned reports.
• Intimate relevant departments (IT, Accounts, Insurance) about new employees or separations.

• Coordinate payroll activities with outsourced vendors.
• Process employee claims such as domiciliary and Leave Travel Allowance (LTA).

• Handle employee insurance renewals, including Mediclaim, Accidental, and Term Insurance policies.

• Ensure adherence to HR compliance regulations and standards.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace morale and satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRMS systems is a must.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
