• Lead and manage all retail leasing activities for the company's portfolio.
• Negotiate and close leasing deals with potential tenants.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize rental revenue.
• Establish strong relationships with retailers and brokers in the industry.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of leasing activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the property and real estate development industry.
• Provide regular reports on leasing activities and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM-Retail Leasing should have:

• 10-15 years of real estate experience
• Strong knowledge of property and real estate development.
• Proven experience in retail leasing and contract negotiation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making.
• Proficiency in using property management software and tools.
