We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Security Supervisor to oversee our security operations in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in the security field and will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our personnel and assets.

• Supervise security personnel and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to incidents promptly.
• Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.
• Train and mentor junior security staff.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Strong observational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in using surveillance systems and security technology.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
