Business Development Representative
Regions: US/UKLocation: Chennai
Reporting : AVP
Job Description- Building pipeline through Outbound channel through different outreach activities ( calling, emailing, Linkedin outreach)
- Qualify the meetings through discovery calls using different sales methodologies (BANT, Spin Selling, MEDDIC, etc)
- Own individual targets and work towards building a strong pipeline for the Account Executive team to convert them into customers.
- Collaborate with other appropriate teams like marketing team (for collaterals), market research team ( for tools and database quality) and Account Executive team ( to stay updated with accounts/leads generated by you)
- Should be able to write good emails for doing personalised emails for doing Account Based Marketing (ABM)
- Give feedback to the marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions.
- 0-5 years of work experience in any client-facing sales role from SaaS based companies (preferably Outbound sales for experienced candidates and for freshers knowledge on sales process and business development in general)
- Hands on experience in using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom Info, Apollo etc.
- Fresher who has the desire to kick start a career in sales with passion and hunger to grow.
- Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
- Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers.
- Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions mainly (UK and US). This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift and it will be confirmed after the onboarding.
