Drupal Developer

• We are seeking a skilled CMS Developer with a strong background in Drupal and exposure to other Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Sitecore, AEM, or Strapi. The ideal candidate will lead technical projects, leveraging their expertise in web development and CMS platforms to deliver innovative solutions.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and actively contribute to web development projects across Drupal and other CMS platforms.
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Drupal, while also leveraging other CMS tools as needed.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Develop custom modules, themes, and features for Drupal and other CMS platforms to enhance functionality.
• Ensure site stability by performing core/module updates and maintaining security across various CMS platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple CMS environments and optimize performance for various devices.
• Mentor junior developers in CMS best practices, with a focus on Drupal.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Drupal development with exposure to other CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sitecore, AEM, or Strapi.
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks like React, Node.js, or Angular.
• Experience with custom module and theme development in Drupal, along with general CMS integration.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively across different CMS environments.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
