We are rapidly expanding and building a strong presence across India, and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Sales Team and drive business growth in the Delhi/NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients (colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporates) to promote Code Chatura and other training solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet assigned targets.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions and corporate HR teams.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and sales meetings to showcase the value proposition.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve business objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Work closely with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (Freshers with excellent communication & sales mindset can apply).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel within the Delhi/NCR region.
Basic understanding of IT training, recruitment, or assessment platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
