HVAC Project Site Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Project Site Engineer to oversee and manage the execution of HVAC installations at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations while coordinating effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to achieve successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

oSupervise and manage HVAC installation activities at project sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

oReview technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan and execute project tasks efficiently.

oCan read drawing, Plumbing, Ducting and Layout sizing.

oCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

oProvide technical guidance to on-site teams and address any challenges or issues promptly.

oInspect and test HVAC systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with safety standards.

oConduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.

oPrepare and update project schedules, reports, and documentation.

oMonitor project progress and ensure timelines and budgets are met.

oEnsure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

oConduct safety training and toolbox talks for on-site teams.

oOversee procurement and delivery of HVAC materials and equipment.

oMaintain inventory control and resource optimization at the site.

oCan good in Auto cad and knowledge of AHU, Chiller.

Working Conditions:

• Frequent travel to project sites.
• Ability to work in varying weather and environmental conditions.
