Key Responsibilities:

SEO Management:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking on search engines.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization, and monitor website traffic analytics.

Google Ads Management:

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Social Media Advertising:

• Design and implement paid advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook to drive brand awareness, traffic, and leads.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media ad campaigns, ensuring that targets are met.

Social Media Optimization (SMO):

• Develop and execute strategies to increase organic social media reach and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage daily content planning and execution for social media accounts.

Lead Generation:

• Plan and execute strategies to generate quality leads through various digital channels.
• Utilize tools and platforms to maximize lead capture and conversion.
• Team Management:
• Collaborate effectively with other digital marketing professionals, content creators, and design teams.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Advertising.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Proficient in lead generation techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
