Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal Architect to lead our architectural team in designing innovative and functional buildings and spaces. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership: Provide design direction and leadership to the architectural team, ensuring that projects meet the company's design standards and exceed client expectations.
2. Project Management: Manage complex architectural projects, including leading the design team, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
3. Client Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that projects meet their requirements.
4. Business Development: Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and presenting to clients.
5. Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of architects, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, training, and resources to excel in their roles.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the company's quality standards, and that design and technical excellence are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and registration with the relevant architectural registration board.
2. Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in architectural practice, with a proven track record of design excellence and project management expertise.
3. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of architects.
4. Design Expertise: Strong design skills, with a deep understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
5. Software Skills: Proficient in architectural software, including Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

1. Master's Degree: Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. Industry Recognition: Recognition within the architectural industry, including awards, publications, or speaking engagements.
3. Business Development Experience: Experience in business development, including identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and presenting to clients.
