About The Role
The Content Acquisitions and Operations team at Jukin Media is looking to add a Coordinator, Content Acquisitions and Operations to their Content Operations division. This is a very important role, as you'll be at the heart of our content distribution hub.
This position is responsible for working with the Associate Producers of Jukin's owned and operated brands to publish social content to a variety of social media platforms as well as publishing to Jukin's internal CMS which distributes content to Jukin's many distribution partners.
In addition, you will participate in some aspects of project management, managing and tracking applicable work in Monday.com and Google productivity suite.
This position will report to the Director of Content Acquisitions and Operations.
This position is based out of our India office.
Responsibilities: your day-day:
- Support and publish social media and syndication schedules for all Jukin's brands
- Package and transfer O&O content to Jukin's growing list of distribution partners
- Maintain and perform QC on the CMS records for Jukin's owned and operated brands
- Syndication newsletter/marketing assistance: Work with content strategy and marketing to support syndication programming/marketing efforts.
- Work closely with APs and brand managers to continually improve and iterate on publishing processes
- Interface and communicate effectively with other departments, especially including Programming, Engineering, and more
- Manage and track personal and overall publishing KPIs
- Identify possible workflow and process improvements and communicate them to the Director of Content Acquisitions and Operations or his designee
- Any other duties as designated by the Director of Content Acquisitions and Operations or his designee
- Facilitate and execute data clean-up initiatives
Qualifications you have:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Digital Media, or other related discipline
- Experience in Digital Media, Content Management, Content Operations and some experience publishing to major social media platforms
- Experience with CMS applications and managing metadata within them
- Intermediate experience with video editing in Adobe Premiere
- Intermediate experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Passion for online video
- Strong familiarity with the Google productivity suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word)
- Able to practice confidentiality and discretion with multiple accounts and information
- Takes initiative
- Proven ability to think ahead and follow through
- Possesses strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
