We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our Overseas Education Consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, guiding students on study abroad opportunities, and converting leads into admissions.

The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.Key Responsibilities1. Student Counseling & Lead GenerationMake outbound calls to potential students and respond to incoming inquiries.Provide information about study abroad programs, universities, courses, and admission requirements.Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.2. Application Assistance & Documentation SupportGuide students on application procedures, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities.Assist in document collection and verification for university applications.Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.3. Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with students, parents, and universities.Address queries related to tuition fees, accommodation, and post-study work options.Provide ongoing support to students until they secure admission.4.
