Job Description

You are passionate about operational excellence and known by a positive can do attitude. With proven experience in the transformation of IT operations to an agile, cloud-based environment based on DevSecOps methodologies, you have driven continuous improvement in service operations integration and management centred around the customer experience.

• At least 10+ years of total IT experience out of which a minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in highly secured and regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps methodologies and tools, and comprehensive knowledge of SDLC as well as public and private cloud environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), artifact management, code quality and artifact security.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and supporting tooling and technologies.
• Experience in managing service providers based on customer-centric metrics such as XLAs.
• Experience with agile delivery methods, especially Scrum and Kanban.
• Solid working knowledge of data analytics (preferably Power BI), as well as process automation (preferably Power Apps and Power Automate).

• Self-starter, able to take initiative to drive topics on your own, strong team player with a critical results-oriented attitude.
• Analytical, innovative, and determined personality with structured delivery-focused working mode.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, with excellent command of English.
• Comfortable in an ever-changing and challenging environment working well under pressure, questioning status-quos and able to think out of the box.
