About the role:

• FA is custodian of all the rule and criteria define by lenders, adherence of company policies and process.
• This role is also demanding the analytics skills and highlight improvement area.
• Good understanding of Balance Sheet formats, structures, and terms including schedules and notes to accounts.
• This person should have strong data analysis skills including balance sheet analysis and P&L analysis, and a basic understanding of key metrics and ratios related to the operation of business liquidity, activity, leverage, etc.
• A keen eye on numbers being out of place in any of the financial statements or analysis templates.
• Should have strong communication skills - oral and written.
• High levels of concentration while dealing with large amounts of data. An ability to prioritize tasks.
• Has strong customer orientation and is able to handle objections from customers methodically and politely.
• Basic knowledge of banking products such as working capital/term loans/OD purchase financing/sales invoice discounting etc.
