Compensation: CTC - INR : ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in identifying vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and contributing to the company's overall cybersecurity strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Security Monitoring & Incident Response
• Monitor network traffic, security events, and logs for anomalies and potential threats.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, conduct investigations, and mitigate risks in collaboration with IT teams.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure rapid incident resolution and consistent security standards across all sites.
• Vulnerability Assessment & Risk Management
• Perform regular vulnerability scans and audits on systems and networks to identify weaknesses.
• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities and apply necessary patches or updates.
• Assist in developing risk management strategies to reduce exposure across various locations and systems.
• Compliance & Regulatory Requirements
• Ensure the company’s security policies align with relevant regulations (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Conduct regular internal audits and maintain security compliance documentation.
• Assist in security audits from third-party vendors or regulatory bodies.
• Security Awareness & Training
• Collaborate with the IT and HR departments to develop and deliver employee security awareness training.
• Provide guidance on secure practices to users, ensuring adherence to security policies across diverse regions.
• Security Infrastructure & Tools Management
• Support the configuration and management of security tools such as firewalls, SIEMs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems.
• Work with the IT infrastructure team to ensure proper implementation and maintenance of security technologies.
• Policy Development & Enforcement
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Enforce security protocols and ensure all employees adhere to established cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in information security, preferably in a global organization.
• Certifications: Security+, CISSP, CEH, or other relevant security certifications preferred.

• Strong knowledge of security technologies and best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability management tools.
• Experience in responding to and investigating security incidents.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global teams in different time zones.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
