Our client is a large retail company, based in Delhi NCR, operating in the fast-paced and dynamic retail industry. They have a significant national presence with a robust network of stores across India.

• Trade Marketing, ATL, BTL, Media Planning & Buying
• Developing and implementing brand strategies to achieve business objectives
• Overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Driving innovative product development and optimising product mix
• Analysing market trends and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the fashion industry
• Overseeing the brand's budget and ensuring effective allocation of resources
• Managing a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Ensuring the brand's consistent representation across all customer touchpoints

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Brand Head' should have:

• 7+ years of overall experience in the retail or fashion industry
• Open to Gurgaon as a location

Candidate should come with experience dealing with the industry, FCMG also preferred
