We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager specializing in Social Audit and Security to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing social compliance audits, particularly with SEDEX standards, and security protocols including CTPAT and SCAN.This role will involve collaborating across departments to ensure adherence to compliance standards, conducting training sessions, and preparing documentation for audits. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of audit processes and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation and management of social audits in compliance with SEDEX standards.
- Coordinate and conduct security audits in line with CTPAT and SCAN requirements.
- Support the HR Manager in developing and executing HR policies related to social compliance and security.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on social audit standards and security protocols.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with social and security audit requirements.
- Monitor and report on audit findings and suggest improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on social audit and compliance, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong understanding of SEDEX, CTPAT, and SCAN standards and requirements.
- Proficiency in audit processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
