HR Assistant Manager - Social Audit, SEDEX, Security (CTPAT & SCAN)

This role will involve collaborating across departments to ensure adherence to compliance standards, conducting training sessions, and preparing documentation for audits. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of audit processes and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

• Assist in the implementation and management of social audits in compliance with SEDEX standards.
• Coordinate and conduct security audits in line with CTPAT and SCAN requirements.
• Support the HR Manager in developing and executing HR policies related to social compliance and security.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on social audit standards and security protocols.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with social and security audit requirements.
• Monitor and report on audit findings and suggest improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on social audit and compliance, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of SEDEX, CTPAT, and SCAN standards and requirements.
• Proficiency in audit processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
