Role Description

This is a full-time role (Work from office). You will be an Influencer Outreach Specialist at our Noida office and be responsible for finding influencers, getting them involved, and managing your relationships with them so that your brand gets more attention, grows, and makes more sales.

You will be in charge of putting influencer marketing plans into action that are in line with our brand's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Daily, Weekly and Monthly outreach targets for Influencer Outreach numbers
  • Manage Creators using the Influencer Marketing Tool; reach out to the influencer.
  • Develop and implement influencer outreach strategies to establish and maintain partnerships with influencers.
  • Strongly negotiate contracts, deliverables, content, and compensation with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Set deadlines, manage content creation, and make sure all deliverables meet A&B standards while coordinating influencer campaigns and sending products.
  • Must have contact details of top social media personalities, especially from the Lifestyle, Fashion, Food, Parenting, Technology and Auto sector
  • Keep track of and analyse how well influencer campaigns are doing, and every week give feedback and suggestions for new projects.
  • Maintain a database of influencers, including contact details, engagement rates, and partnership history.
  • Establish and build relationships on behalf of the company.
  • Prepare reports on influencer marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, the latest PR/social media advancements and relevant campaigns
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer outreach or marketing, India and Dubai market (Will be added advantage)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail while working
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative influencer strategies
  • Ability to create detailed reports and analyze influencer marketing data.
