What you will do

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Consultant to join the Solution Design team at GEP. This role is critical in showcasing our solutions to prospective clients by setting up and delivering high-quality demos tailored to client needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software configuration, demo environment setup, and delivery of impactful presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demo Setup and Configuration:
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand client requirements and tailor demo environments accordingly.
  • Configure software platforms to reflect specific client use cases and scenarios.
  • Ensure the demo environment is robust, error-free, and aligned with the latest product capabilities.
  • Demo Delivery:
  • Deliver engaging and impactful demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of GEP's solutions.
  • Clearly articulate complex technical features and their business benefits in a way that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Address client questions and concerns during the demo to ensure confidence in the proposed solution.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure demos align with client expectations and company objectives.
  • Provide feedback to the product team regarding features, functionality, and potential improvements based on client interactions.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants or team members involved in demo setup and delivery.
  • Ensure alignment of team efforts with organizational goals and client requirements.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence within the team.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with GEP's product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor offerings to ensure competitive advantage in demos.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of demo scripts, scenarios, and reusable configurations for efficiency.
