Roles &; Responsibilities:

• Customer Support Executive for Robotic Products
• Provide technical support for robotic systems, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on robotic systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Train end-users on the operation and maintenance of robotic systems.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Work closely with the engineers to relay customer feedback and contribute to product development.
• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with robotic systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Willingness to travel for on-site service calls and customer support
