We are looking for Customer Support Associates to manage chat and call-back support for our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service abilities, and problem-solving capabilities. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and call-back support.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high service standards and follow established processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 12+ months of BPO experience (chat/email preferred but not mandatory).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in English & Hindi (spoken and written).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.

4 Client Mock Round & Chat/Email Assessment
