Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLM) for various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine problem statements and LLM requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior machine learning engineers in the development of LLM-based solutions.
- Evaluate the latest advancements in LLM technology and identify opportunities for implementation.
- Develop and maintain best practices for working with LLMs and natural language processing.
- Build and fine-tune machine learning models to improve their performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in machine learning and LLMs.
- Document and communicate work, findings, and results effectively.
- Participate in model, optimization, testing, quality assurance and defect resolution.
- Design and implement scalable systems to convert large volumes of data into useful model features, reports and data sets.
- Deliver and orchestrate Machine learning infrastructure within production environments.
- Collaborate with Engineers and scientist to architect and implement a shared vision.
- Participate in entire software development lifecycle from concepts to release.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience.
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Relevant experience (4 + years) in machine learning and deep learning with a strong focus on Large Language Models.
- Experience in Software development.
- Proven expertise in working with LLMs such as GPT-3, BERT, or similar models.
- Proficiency in machine learning libraries.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) tasks and applications.
- Experience in Open search, Redis server, RabbitMQ Git
- Experience in ML Flow, Docker or any container.
- Experience in Amazon S3 or equivalent is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- A track record of publications or contributions in machine learning and LLMs is a plus.
