Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled marketing technology & automation specialist to manage key marketing technologies, ensuring seamless marketing automation and CRM integration. This role is critical to optimising Resillions marketing technology stack and plays a key part in aligning marketing and sales by streamlining lead management and conversion flows.
You&aposll oversee and analyse marketing data, develop insightful reports, and work closely with various teams to optimise campaigns and drive engagement. You&aposll also consolidate campaign data, ensuring its quality and consistency. Your expertise will guide data-driven decisions and strengthen our marketing effectiveness.
Reporting into the Global Digital Marketing Manager and working with the Digital website and social manager.
Location: Hiring office Bangalore. Office based, Hybrid or Remote (ideally Office or Hybrid)Experience: Ideally someone with up to 4 - 5+ years&apos experience.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Technology Management- Work alongside our Sales Operations lead and support the management of Salesforce CRM, including integrations with Lusha and Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
- Implement and optimise marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
- Support ABM campaigns with tailored landing pages and campaign tracking and to include rich content such as videos.
- Have experience of using AI tools that could enhance and make our development and content production more efficient but that also helps improve customer experience.
- Prepare and manage data extensions to structure and store data effectively within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign launches.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to use web analytics tools and integrating them into our MarTech Suite.
- Advanced data management and excel skills in order to prepare and then upload data from events and key activities into our CRM and marketing automation too.
- Campaign Analysis - evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns by analysing key metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
- Work closely with global marketing teams, sales teams, and external vendors.
- Provide technical consultation for marketing strategy execution.
- Comfortable working with the senior leaderships team and marketing agencies when needed.
Qualifications
Required Skills And Experience- Marketing Tech Expertise: Salesforce.com, Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Lusha integration, Salesloft or Salesforces Sales Engagement (formerly known as High Velocity Sales - HVS).
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Strong experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and campaign reporting. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and campaign optimisation.
- Data management & Excel: Strong data management and Excel skills are required to analyse, clean, and manipulate marketing and sales data, ensuring accurate reporting, segmentation, and optimisation of automation workflows.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience working for technology-focused and Western-based firms (preferably in the USA, UK, Canada, or Australia).
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment.
