Responsibilities
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on Palfinger
Cranes and Manitou Telehandlers, JCB Access Equipments
Conduct repairs and parts replacements, adhering to manufacturer
guidelines and safety protocols.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients and operators to
maximize crane performance, including on-site support and remote
troubleshooting.
Maintain detailed records of service and maintenance activities, including
service reports, parts usage, and equipment history.
Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and
providing excellent customer service, and acting as a trusted advisor for
crane-related issues.
