Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team to create visually engaging and on-brand graphics for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Design digital assets for performance marketing campaigns, including display ads, email templates, and landing pages.
• Develop visual content for internal use, such as presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projects.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
• Incorporate feedback from senior designers and marketing team members to refine and enhance designs.
• Maintain organized files and archives of design projects.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in visual design.
• Experience in building the 0-1 journey of a startup is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and other graphic design tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills.
• Understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of animation and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus but not mandatory.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong sense of ownership.
