Job Description:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education ( 10th + 12th + 3 years of graduation )
Non-technical graduation in any stream
Good communication skills
Should be comfortable with night & rotational shifts
Overall work experience of 1 - 8 years with experience in supporting HR transaction back office operations.
Experience in handling simple & medium complex HR transactions within Compensation and Benefits process
Processing offer, relocation, compensation letter
Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day to day operations.
Need to be able to communicate and understand the background around compensation benefits and applicability of the same.
Hands on experience of working with SuccessFactors and SAP.
Mandatory Documents to Carry: Hard copy of resume, 1 copy passport size photo, Original and one photocopy of Govt. ID proof
Shift- UK Timezone
Graduation- Any
Salary up-to 5.5LPA
This role requires mandatory periodic rotational shifts on 24/7 basis
5 days Work from office is mandatory requirement of the role.
