Job Summary
As a Trade Operations Specialist, you will partner with Middle Office teams to manage reconciliations and control functions for trades. You will investigate trade break queries, perform control functions, and drive firm-wide projects. Your role will involve reviewing key metrics and generating efficiencies to improve processes and increase capacity.
Job Responsibilities- Partner with Middle Office teams for trade reconciliations.
- Investigate trade break queries and analyze bookings.
- Amend trades in risk management and assess PNL impact.
- Perform control functions to align trade values with Risk and PNL.
- Drive firm-wide and industry projects with project leads.
- Review key metrics for controls and efficiency.
- Generate efficiencies by improving processes and STP.
- Build strong relationships across global teams.
- Ensure alignment with risk management and downstream applications.
- Manage operational risk and control gaps.
- Enhance team and system efficiency.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 4 years in FX or Derivative Operations (Middle/Back Office).
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and transaction cycle understanding.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Build strong relationships across global cross-functional teams.
- Drive results through a hands-on approach.
