We are looking for a passionate and experienced Faculty Trainer to join our team. As a Faculty Trainer, you will be responsible for training our faculty members to deliver high-quality education and provide guidance in their professional development.This is a full-time or contract position, located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Qualifications And Skills- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching or faculty training
- Experience in the IT Edutech industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Unity and Game Development
- Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passionate about education and technology
- Conduct training sessions for faculty members to enhance their teaching skills
- Develop and deliver training programs on various pedagogical techniques, instructional strategies, and technology integration
- Provide guidance and support to faculty members in curriculum development and course design
- Assist in the assessment and evaluation of faculty performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in educational technology and incorporate them into training programs
- Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials
- Organize workshops and seminars for faculty members to foster continuous learning and professional development
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and faculty feedback
