Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies targeting the Doctors Community in the luxury real estate market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and their associations to understand their housing needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and materials tailored for the Doctors Community.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, market insights, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of transactions for clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully building relationships and closing sales in luxury real estate.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and regulatory environment, especially within the luxury segment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software to manage leads and track business development activities.
