QA Lead (ServiceNow)

Role Overview:

The ServiceNow QA Lead is responsible for overseeing the testing efforts within ServiceNow implementations, ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of the platform. This role involves leading a team of testers, defining testing strategies, and ensuring compliance with best practices for both manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team for ServiceNow projects, including manual and ATF testers.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for ServiceNow applications.
• Oversee test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test cases.
• Ensure proper test coverage for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Drive automation adoption using ServiceNow ATF and other test automation tools.
• Monitor and improve testing processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with business users.
• Provide mentorship and training to QA team members.
• Ensure testing aligns with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.

• 6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow QA leadership.
• Strong experience with both manual testing and automated testing using ServiceNow ATF.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Experience with test management tools (Jira, ALM, TestRail, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certification (CSA, ATF, or other relevant certifications) is a plus.
