Quality Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure product consistency and compliance.
• Identify process inefficiencies and develop improvement strategies using data-driven methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Conduct training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of best practices and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports on process performance and improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Proven experience in process engineering, quality assurance, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience in training and mentoring employees.
• Knowledge of manufacturing software and automation tools.
