Job Description
Responsibilities- Administrative & Office Support
Handling confidential documents, correspondence, and reports.
Drafting letters, emails, and official communications.
Preparing presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.- Calendar & Schedule Management
Organizing and maintaining the executive's calendar.
Scheduling and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and conferences.
Coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups.- Communication & Coordination
Serving as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Liaising with government bodies, ministries, corporate clients, and other key partners.
Coordinating with senior management for approvals, project updates, and decision-making.
Handling inquiries, screening calls, and responding on behalf of the executive when required.- Travel & Event Management
Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements visa processing etc.
Managing hotel bookings, itineraries, and transportation.
Coordinating logistics for business trips, conferences, and corporate events.- Stakeholder & Ministry Coordination
Engaging with government officials, ministries, and industry bodies for business-related matters.
Assisting in regulatory submissions, approvals, and compliance-related documentation.- Project & Task Management
- Documentation Support
Processing expense reports, reimbursements.
Maintaining records of key business transactions and approvals.
Assisting and monitoring expenses.- Office & Vendor Management
Ensuring smooth office operations and infrastructure management.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 5 to 6 years
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Communication skills, written/verbal
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
