We are looking for a Senior Accounts Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The role will require working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including finance teams, business leaders, and auditors.

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures that ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Manage all aspects of the company's accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws related to finance and accounting
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide financial insights and analysis that drive business decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA,CMA,CMA-Inter also preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience managing a team of accounting professionals
