Position summary statement:
The Sr. Officer, Human Resources role exists to provide active support to the HR Services Manager and EMEA and India HR team.
Sr. Officer, Human Resources interacts with local HR Managers, HR Business Partners and HR Admins across India, Global Team and provides customer service to Herbalife Nutrition employees and managers.
Sr. Officer, Human Resources serves as the contact point for potential, current, and former employees, providing them with the help they need with regards to the following processes: Onboarding & Offboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning and Development Administration, Rewards Administration, Personnel records maintenance, Data Management, Reporting & Analytics, Compliance, Contract Staff payroll, Employment Letters, Position Creation, Vendor Management.
Provides daily administrative & operational support for regional HR tasks that can be managed remotely. Is responsible for data and document management, as well as resolving incoming inquiries in a timely manner. Actively supports transition in terms of leading knowledge transfer sessions, collecting the information, building relationships with internal and external collaborators and process documentation preparation.Supports also digitalization and automation projects to streamline and standardize HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding support to the HR Services Manager and the broader EMEA and India HR team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, responding to inquiries regarding HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Manage learning and development initiatives, ensuring flawless execution of training programs.
- Coordinate rewards systems, maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Coordinate data management processes, ensuring integrity and confidentiality of employee information.
- Work closely with the Background verification team and HR Dashboards.
- Generate reports and analytics to support strategic HR decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HR regulations and standards.
- Manage payroll for contract staff and prepare employment letters.
- Coordinate the creation of new positions and manage relationships with vendors.
- Provide administrative support for HR tasks that can be handled remotely.
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
- Support digitalization and automation projects aimed at improving HR operations.
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work under strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully implement HR processes.
- Proficient in HR compliance standards and standard methodologies.
- Experience with data management and reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external collaborators.
- Familiarity with digitalization and automation technologies.
