Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in a supermarket and restaurant group. The HR Assistant will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, help maintain employee records, assist with recruitment processes, and ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Payroll and Benefits:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Training and Development:
- Maintain training records and track employee participation in training activities.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management review.
- General HR Support:
- Assist with special projects and other HR-related tasks as needed.
Pay: 40,
- 00 - 70,000.00 per month
- Overtime pay
