Job Title Project Manager (Agile, Scrum Framework)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager, who sounds good in managing multiple projects, scrum, to join our team as a Project Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing team performance, client interactions, and project account handling, making significant contributions to our organization's success.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure smooth and effective agile practices across team.
2. Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria as required.
3. Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
4. Coordinate with all the project team in order to meet the project goal on time.
5. Assist on performing velocity & Capacity planning across the projects to forecast.
6. Maintain clear and continuous communication with stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle.
7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
8. Proactively identify and resolve any impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation related to scrum activities.
10. Communicate and Maintain rapport with customers.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master role with additional experience in business analysis.
2. Proficiency in Agile Methodologies, Strong Leadership and Facilitation skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
3. Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence or similar.
4. Expertize in Spreadsheet, PowerPoint & Word document preparation and maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. certified PMP or Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent), relevant Business Analysis certification are preferred.
2. Demonstrated success in a Scrum Master role with Supplementary business analysis responsibilities.
3. Strong leadership, facilitation, problem solving and negotiation skills.

Pay: From 300,000.00 per year
