Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

Core Responsibilities:

  • App Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on user acquisition for the app, ensuring growth at optimal cost.
  • Universal App Campaigns (UAC): Manage and optimize Google UAC to drive high-quality installs, improve retention, and maximize lifetime value (LTV).
  • Google Ads Management: Take ownership of the entire Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, ad creation, daily optimization, and budget management for both web and app campaigns.
  • Campaign Performance Optimization: Drive SEM/UAC campaigns to meet and exceed key performance goals such as Conversions, Cost per Conversion, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Keyword Research & Analysis: Utilize advanced tools and best practices for comprehensive keyword research to maximize ad relevance and reach.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, identifying trends and insights for continuous scaling and improving campaign efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across supply, product, and brand to ensure alignment between paid media efforts and broader business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years in campaign and budget management, ideally within high-growth e-commerce environments or digital marketing agencies.

Key Skills:

  • Technical Proficiency: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Google Analytics, with a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and the search marketing landscape.
  • Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights and collaborate across teams.
  • Accountability & Ownership: A high sense of responsibility and ownership for driving growth across digital marketing projects.
