• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or related marketing role.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g.,Webengage).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills for creating compelling email content.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with segmentation, targeting, and customer journey mapping.
