Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves selling products or services to US-based clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market.
- Present and explain company products or services to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM software.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in sales training programs.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (experience in international processes preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work night shifts to align with US time zones.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
