Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves selling products or services to US-based clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market.
• Present and explain company products or services to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM software.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in sales training programs.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (experience in international processes preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work night shifts to align with US time zones.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
