Senior Software Engineer - Python Automation Testing
- Designing and Implementing Tests: Develop and execute test plans and procedures for automotive systems and components.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that automotive parts and systems meet safety and quality standards. Conduct functional, performance, and durability tests to identify potential issues.
- Problem Identification and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve problems in automotive systems through thorough testing and analysis. Work closely with design engineers to suggest improvements and modifications.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Record and analyze test data to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports on test findings and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in hardware (HIL) and software (SIL) integration testing
- Good experience in writing Test case, and Python script
- Experience in setting up test benches/HIL
- Knowledge on automotive tools like Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, etc.
Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.3.
