Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Clinic. This role requires expertise in inventory management, clinic operations, staff management, and roster coordination to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and have strong leadership skills to manage the clinic effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clinic Operations Management:
  • Ensure the seamless daily operation of the clinic, maintaining efficiency in all departments.
  • Implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for smooth workflow.
  • Monitor patient flow, appointment scheduling, and front desk management to reduce wait times.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle emergency situations and resolve operational challenges effectively.
  1. Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of medical supplies, vaccines, and essential equipment.
  • Ensure timely procurement of stock and avoid shortages or excess supply.
  • Coordinate with vendors and negotiate pricing for cost-effective procurement.
  • Implement an inventory tracking system to prevent wastage and ensure product expiration management.
  • Conduct regular audits of stock levels and usage patterns.
  1. Roster Management & Staff Scheduling:
  • Prepare monthly and weekly staff rosters for doctors, nurses, and front desk staff.
  • Ensure adequate staffing at all times, including contingency planning for absences.
  • Track staff attendance and manage leave requests.
  • Adjust schedules based on patient volume and clinic needs.
  • Maintain efficient shift rotations to enhance productivity.
  1. Staff Management & Leadership:
  • Supervise and support a team of doctors, nurses, front desk staff, and support personnel.
  • Conduct training programs and ensure all staff follow clinic protocols.
  • Address staff concerns, conflicts, and performance issues professionally.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and suggest professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  1. Financial & Billing Oversight:
  • Monitor clinic expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Oversee billing, insurance claims, and patient payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports as needed.
  1. Patient Experience & Satisfaction:
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and smooth service delivery.
  • Address patient concerns and feedback promptly to enhance clinic reputation.
  • Work on strategies to improve patient engagement and retention.
  1. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure the clinic follows all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and legal compliance.
  • Enforce hygiene and infection control protocols.
