About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Program Manager - Sales to help accelerate growth in our IoT and automotive solutions. This role will focus on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion by designing and executing strategic sales programs.The ideal candidate understands the market, is highly adaptable, data-driven, and capable of building trust-based relationships.
Responsibilities- Drive sales growth by developing and implementing programs on expanding market share by customer acquisition and revenue maximization.
- Develop strategies for market penetration in both the EV and ICE markets. Align product offerings to meet market demands.
- Proactively monitor industry shifts and emerging trends and analyse market trends and customer needs to ensure that Intellicars offerings remain competitive and well-positioned within the market. Leverage data for decision-making and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) of the Sales team.
- Foster collaborative, trust-based relationships with internal product & operations teams and external stakeholders, enhancing cross-functional cooperation and client satisfaction.
- Should have exposure in identifying the right decision making stakeholders in any target/prospect organization
- Should have propensity to perform market research with an objective to increase market share and penetrate new segment
- Good analytical skills to slice and dice Sales performance data
- Good Understanding of Sales Funnel stages - Top, Middle and Botto
- Should be aware of metrics like Lead to opportunities ratio, Funnel cycle time, funnel drop off rate, win rate, CAC, CLTV, etc
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in program management or sales, ideally in mobility tech, IoT, SaaS, telecom, or networking.
- Ability to travel across India.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to new challenges and staying ahead of market changes.
- Strategic thinker who can see the broader market landscape and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Data-driven, market-focused, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and a South Indian language preferred.
- Tech enthusiast, resilient, with a strong drive for success and growth.
