Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Executive. Asa key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience forour valued customers throughout their journey with our company.Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses via multiplecommunication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media
  • 2. Assist customers in placing orders, resolving product or service issues, and processing returns orexchanges.
  • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities toenhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to streamline processesand improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to effectively assistcustomers and drive sales.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to meet orexceed performance targets.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or management for resolution and follow up to ensuretimely resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to enhance the quality of servicedelivery.9. Uphold company policies and procedures while demonstrating a commitment to ethical conduct andprofessionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and effectively communicate with diverse customerdemographics.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant computerapplications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.7. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to customer issues.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and holidays as needed.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to exceeding customerexpectations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 19,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
