Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Consultant to join our team at EVA2Z Electric. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of onboarding paid clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partners for our Fleet Management Software.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the software development team to ensure the product aligns with client needs and expectations.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the fleet management or related industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of software solutions and their applications.
