We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant specializing in SAP Business Technology Platform
(BTP) with expertise in Foundation Services, Integration Services, and Application Workzone. The
role involves incident resolution, system monitoring, performance optimization, and
troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations of SAP BTP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Foundation Services Technical Support:
Monitor and maintain SAP BTP foundational components, including Cloud Foundry,Kyma, and Multi-Cloud Connectivity.
Troubleshoot Identity Authentication, Authorization, and Security Services issues.
Ensure system stability for SAP HANA Cloud, Business Rules, and Workflow
Management.
Manage user provisioning, security access, and compliance with security best
practices.
Integration Services Technical Support:
Handle and resolve issues in SAP Integration Suite, Open Connectors, and API
Management.
Troubleshoot and optimize Cloud Integration (CI), Event Mesh, and Graph Services
workflows.
Assist in resolving API security issues (OAuth, JWT, SAML) and integration failures.
Monitor data synchronization and error handling in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform
Integration).
Application Workzone Technical Support:
Support and maintain SAP Build Workzone, Fiori Launchpad, and Digital Experience
Services.
Troubleshoot UI performance issues, workflow automation, and extensions in SAP
Workzone.
Assist in debugging low-code/no-code development using SAP Build Apps and
Business Application Studio (BAS).
Ensure optimal system performance for SAP Fiori Elements, UI5, and Adaptive Card
Extensions.
Technical Expertise Required:
Strong understanding of SAP BTP architecture, security, and performance
optimization.
Expertise in SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming), Node.js, and Java-based
extensions.
Experience in SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and event-driven
architectures.
Familiarity with SAP AI Core, IoT Services, and Business Process Automation
(preferred).

Excellent problem-solving skills for debugging cloud-based SAP applications.
Hands-on experience in SAP BTP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and
optimization.
Ability to prioritize and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
