Compensation

3,60,0009,60,000 per annum (30,00080,000/month), with additional benefits and potential equity options for exceptional performance.

1. AI Solutions Integration & Automation

• Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions across workflows and processes.
• Integrate AI tools with existing platforms like CRMs, ERPs, CMSs, and marketing systems.
• Develop and deploy APIs for seamless communication between AI solutions and legacy systems.
• Create multi-channel workflows for communication via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other platforms.

1. AI-Driven Funnel & Marketing Automation

• Build and optimize personalized sales and marketing funnels using tools like Zapier, Marketo, HubSpot, or Synamate.
• Implement data-driven lead scoring and automated communication workflows to improve conversions.
• Design AI-led personalized objection-handling scripts for sales teams.

1. Content Automation

• Leverage tools like Pictory, Heygen, or Descript to automate scalable video and content production.
• Use AI tools for editing, scripting, and distributing content across multiple channels.

1. Data Analysis & Decision Making

• Set up real-time dashboards and analytics to monitor funnel and campaign performance.
• Use AI-powered attribution models to track leads, sales, and campaign ROI.

1. Problem Solving & Custom Integrations

• Collaborate with developers to integrate custom APIs or design tailored AI workflows when off-the-shelf solutions fall short.
• Manage Indian payment gateway integrations such as Razorpay for seamless transactions.

• Familiarity with API integration, webhooks, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in Python and React.js for creating and customizing advanced workflows.
• Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript, HTML/CSS for tweaking integrations.

• Ability to design customized AI workflows for complex business problems.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI to deliver measurable results, such as improved funnel conversions or reduced manual workload.

1. Communication & Collaboration

• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation for scalable systems and handovers.

1. Experience That Matters

• At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing AI-powered workflows and integrations.
• Demonstrable success in automating processes, improving operational efficiency, or optimizing funnels.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Certifications in AI technologies, marketing automation, or cloud platforms.
• Experience working in industries like healthcare, e-commerce, or finance.
